Whenever I attempt to login towards the admin area I recieve a 500 Error:

The request wasn't completed. The server met an unpredicted condition.

*****/~bulletne/wordpress-admin/profile.php (port 80)

Please forward this error screen to ****'s Website owner.

The folder permissions are going to 755, files 644. and also the .htaccess log appears like:

# BEGIN WordPress
<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /~bulletne/
RewriteRule ^index\.php$ - [L]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule . /~bulletne/index.php [L]
</IfModule>

# END WordPress

Any ideas?

The initial factor to complete is backup your database and files.

Try renaming your wp-content/plugins directory to something similar to xplugins and try to enter. If you're able to, the other (or even more) of the plug ins is coming up at the start of the burden process. To search lower the offender, produce a new plugins directory and move your plug ins in individually, reloading the dashboard after each move.

When the above doesn't solve your condition, then you've much deeper issues. I'd consider developing a new install of Wordpress (using latest stable) after which import the saved DB in it using something similar to phpMyAdmin. In the event that blows some misconception then you've a corrupt DB problem. Otherwise, try reintroducing your theme. Still OK? Generate your plug ins.

Best of luck.
