I'm searching to operate WordPress and Magento on a single domain. Wordpress is installed at the bottom from the site and Magento could be installed at /store/.

I've had the Apache config setup for WordPress (getting all demands redirect to index.php), what Apache configuration logic will i requirement for all demands to /store/* to goto /store/index.php ?

You need to have the ability to simply keep your default Magento .htaccess file within the store directory together with another Magento files, then exclude anything with this path out of your wordpress rewrites. I am not current on which wordpress .htaccess files may seem like, however it should just be a situation of adding a RewriteCond.

I'd reckon that the rewrite for wordpress will appear something like...

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !-d
RewriteRule (.*) /index.php?$1 [QSA,L]

If this sounds like the situation simply add another RewriteCond should have the desired effect...

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI !^store/

Posting the Wordpress .htaccess file can lead to better advice.
