I'm using Apache to rewrite my Web addresses into clean Web addresses.

RewriteRule ^(.*) index.php

Presently this rewrites sites too, that is things i want, since i have want everything tell you my router/index.php file.

What I must do however, is have one folder will be able to access directly. To lib files for example .js and .css files. I understand how to get this done by having an Alias, however i can't use that inside a .htaccess file, which I have to use.

How do i not rewrite a particular folder, eg. known as "lib"?

Used to do discover the following illustration of how you can fake an Alias inshtaccess, however i can't have it working:

RewriteRule /old-folder /new-folder [PT]
RewriteRule ^/?lib/.+$ - [L]
RewriteRule ^(.*) index.php
