Ok, which means this has me so stumped which i aren't seeing myself having the ability to solve the issue by myself. I'm running apache on my small laptop under linux, to ensure that when I am from my desktop I'm able to still use php and mySql. Everything is effective. There's no problem using the syntax from the httpd.conf apachectl configtest returns OK. However, there's one coffee shop which i visit where apache won't start. I'll go lower the road to another ap and apache will begin without problem, but at that one coffee shop apache will not start. Any assistance will be appreciated.

The log entry which i believe to become relevant is

[Wed Nov 16 14:03:11 2011] [alert] (EAI 2)Name or service not known: mod_unique_id: unable to find IPv4 address of "laptop"

wait will apache not start or perhaps is the main harbour blocked within this coffee shop? that will seem sensible in my experience and never that apache will not start. also, what goes on if apache is running just before likely to this coffee shop? if you are still getting issues, and that i don't mean to seem cheeky here, try not to go compared to that coffee shop :)
