I personally use WHM and i have to make .htaccess in public places_html work not for just sub folders to public_html, but additionally to any or all their subfolders and so forth. Entire tree of folders from root is possible?

I store htaccess here public_html\.htaccess this folder shouldn't be affected too. public_html\myfolder\images\thimbnails\red\

if the wont work can one use same instructions from htaccess in apache.config?

rule is

ErrorDocument 403 http://google.com
Order Deny,Allow
Deny from all
Allow from

Options +FollowSymlinks
RewriteEngine On

RewriteCond %{HTTPS} off
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^www\.(.*)$ [NC]
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://%1/$1 [R=301,L]

Configurations from .htaccess files is going to be inherited by all subfolders. If you prefer a particular subfolder not to suffer, you will want to place b .htaccess file inside it to override the default configurations in the parent htaccess.

If you deny a specific ip in public placeshtml codeOr.htaccess and also you would like it to be permitted to determine public_html/myfolder/images/pictures/red-colored then you should put b .htaccess for the reason that folder to permit all or permit the blocked ip.
