Im attempting to make accurate documentation page in wordpress that actually works. Im trying to achieve the archive page show all posts in a listing, however i dont want a listing that's 100 list products lengthy. So im trying to puzzle out ways to get it to create a second, third, 4th, etc... page after about twenty to thirty list products on a single page.

I dont mind while using wordpress-paginate connect, but im still unsure ways to get that to utilize wp_get_archives()

I dont think it matters, however i may have searching bar around the page and it is through google custom search. And so i didnt supply it, when i dont think it adds towards the actual problem.

Any help could be greatly appreciated!

<?php
/*
Template Name: Archives
*/
get_header(); ?>
<div id="main">
    <div id="posts">
        <?php the_post(); ?>
        <h1 class="entry-title"><?php the_title(); ?></h1>

        <ul>
             <?php wp_get_archives( 'type=postbypost' ); ?>
        </ul>

        <?php wp_link_pages(); ?>

        <?php rewind_posts(); ?>
    </div>
</div>

<?php get_sidebar(); ?>
<?php get_footer(); ?>

For pagination, I usually use Eric Martin's emm_paginate function. http://www.ericmmartin.com/pagination-function-for-wordpress/

When it comes to your archive page, why don't you only use Wordpress's built-in Archive page. http://codex.wordpress.org/Creating_an_Archive_Index

With individuals two links, you need to have the ability to build accurate documentation page which has the pagination you would like.
