I am presently carrying out a business intelligence research about hooking up Microsoft SQL Server to some nosql database.
My target would be to import data from the nosql table to some relational DWH according to SQL Server.
I discovered the next approaches:
- Microsoft Hadoop Connector
- Hadoop Cloudera
- Building a person script and make an xml and can include it via Integration Services (not necessarily satisfying)
If somebody did something similar to this before or knows some type of "guidelinesInch. It does not matter wich NoSQL product is used
NoSQL, by "definition", doesn't have a typical structure. So, based on what NoSQL after sales you are attempting to import from, you'll need some custom code to translate that into whatever structured format your computer data warehouse needs.
Your code doesn't have to create XML it might directly make use of a database connection (e.g., JDBC, if you work with Java) to create SQL queries to place the information.
