No files which are asked for through the HTML (i.e. <link> tag, or <script src=... tag) work. When they return error 500 no matter the browser.

Basically open the stated file inside a - I begin to see the contents properly. I'm able to right click on the URL after i do View Source to make certain there is no typo.

Refreshing the page doesn't add new lines to /var/log/apache2/error.log

Ubuntu 10.04 - 32bit

Illustration of HTML:

<style type="text/css">
@import '/css/main.css';
a em, button em {font-style:normal; text-decoration:underline;}
<link type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" href="/floatbox/floatbox.css" />
<script type="text/javascript" src="/floatbox/floatbox.js"></script>

Found some cause:
Difficulties with javascript were unrelated -- which was my fault entirely.
For .css I parse individuals files using PHP also. It was made by the next line:

AddType application/x-httpd-php .php .css

I attempted altering it to

AddHandler application/x-httpd-php .php .css

But without results -- if each one of these two lines above exists, i quickly get Error 500.

Regrettably this isn't something which might have been solved through the community. The mistake 500 was triggered because I'd known as an xdebug function from the registered shutdown function but I didn't have xdebug module loaded properly.
