I've two Database (eg. two .mdb file). have same title, same table and same area. the main difference is the first is old and other is up-to-date copy of .mdb file. i wish to copy only new records in the up-to-date copy from the .mdb towards the older one. can there be in whatever way apart from iterate trough all of the records and compare and filter only more recent one?

select *
from A
where (col1,col2,…) not in
(select col1,col2,… from B)
union all
select * from B
where (col1,col2,…) not in
(select col1,col2,… from A);

Edit: sorry, you only have to do that one way.

 select * from B
where (col1,col2,…) not in
(select col1,col2,… from A);
