I lately installed Wordpress (3.2.1) onto my server. Just before setting up Wordpress, I already were built with a folder situated at http://www.mydomain.com/feed which consists of various files and more.

However, since i have installed Wordpress, I've observed this directory is browsable and indexable. Meaning any "joe-schmoe" can search through the sites and find out my files.

I've attempted crippling the feed by using the instructions on this website, however it did not work. (It simply made my primary domain web page show up blank).

I additionally attempted the Disable RSS wordpress plugin too. Which didn't work with 3.2.1.

Every other ideas in order to fix this problem?

Thanks greatly.

Ok, I believed it. The wordpress plugin seems to operate now. The issue wasn't with Wordpress, but my designs with Apache. I went into cPanel making the next changes found here, which labored.
