Bind variables are answer to application performance on Oracle DBMS (skippes hardparsing) But Like me not aware of MS-Access parsing logic, Does it work with MS-Access 2007?

My Application heavily uses SQL queries that are hardcoded right now. The applying works together with other binary files also, having a normal execution occasions of 12-14 hrs..
