Hey all, Thanks ahead of time for preparing...I've been looking for a method to return page information to be able to produce a website landing page. I've carried this out with posts before to produce a blog reel and want to attain the same overall result with pages regarding parent elements

The Scenario: I personally use a drop menu with pages produced within the wordpress. Nesting the web pages develops recption menus.

The Aim: I must obtain the subpages specific towards the parent page. Whenever a user navigates towards the parent page I wish it to return links towards the subpages with a few page elements.

A Beginning Point:

<?php
        $mypages = get_pages('child_of='.$post->ID.'&sort_column=post_date&sort_order=desc');

        foreach($mypages as $page)
        {
            $content = $page->post_content;
            if(!$content) // Check for empty page
                continue;

            $content = apply_filters('the_content', $content);
        ?>
            <h2><a href="<?php echo get_page_link($page->ID) ?>"><?php echo $page->post_title ?></a></h2>
            <div class="entry"><?php echo $content ?></div>
        <?php
        }
    ?>

I seem like it might use this function, but I must allow it to be dynamic rather than determining a static page id, can you really return the kids of the page?

Sorry, I am much more of a html/css guy, php isn't my most powerful suit.
