I have produced an alias like so:

Alias /mysite "D:/Websites/mysite/php"

<Directory "D:/Websites/mysite/php">
    Options Indexes FollowSymLinks MultiViews
    AllowOverride all
        Order Deny,Allow
    Deny from all
    Allow from 127.0.0.1
</Directory>

Which works pretty much. After I visit localhost/mysite it loads up index.php for the reason that directory. Now I am attempting to add an .htaccess there, but I must set RewriteBase to /mysite too, otherwise it does not work correctly. It appears like things are still in accordance with the main... it is possible to way something I'm able to put within my .conf file rather to create the bottom? This makes moving the website around a great deal simpler.
