https://192.168.0.117/ that clarified by Apache web server is effective.

and so i think the issue should solve by setting up Apache web server to forward some request to tomcat. there's some helps on the internet but there is not a step-by-step guideline.

I suppose you're while using Apache Tomcat Connector for connecting Apache and Tomcat. Try to look for the area in Apache where your SSL is set up, for instance with a grep -R SSLEngine *. Then attempt to put the lines from the Apache Tomcat Connector configuration file /etc/apache2/mods-enabled/jk.load which have the effect of the bond that needs to be protected (say JkMount /idp worker1) within the <VirtualHost> from the SSL configuration file. For Ubuntu or Debian, this might be the /etc/apache2/sites-available/default-ssl file.
