I am focusing on the frontend of the web application, and I am using Ajax to update the UI (I am using Backbone.js but that is not important). I am developing the UI in your area from the production JSON API, that has meant until recently I have been using JSONP. I have now arrived at the stage where JSONP will not work any longer, and I have to circumvent exactly the same origin policy in some way.

My first thought was to setup a nearby development server, but regrettably that isn't a choice (it's from my hands, I am not focusing on the after sales).

I am considering establishing Apache to proxy demands towards the site. I want (a) to become working in the same origin in the browser's perspective, i have to be delivering snacks towards the server. Is achievable, and when so, wouldso would I arrange it?
