I believe it is really an encoding problem(?), although not really sure.

After I view my produced source (both in FF and IE) I see funky pathways from the js and css files like: <script type="text/javascript" src="http://www.domain.com/wp-content/themes/dudical/js/ce.f4195499d3cfc40ae09588aae02ff2dc.jquery,oeasing,omin,l.js"></script>

Also, some of the js/css files are really being transcluded, i.e I do not see references towards the exterior files, but rather this content of individuals files are now being proven within the source within <script> and <style> tags correspondingly. I have never witnessed this kind of behavior before and am pretty baffled.

This is how my header.php file starts:

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd">
    <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" <?php language_attributes(); ?>>
    <head profile="http://gmpg.org/xfn/11">
    <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="<?php bloginfo('html_type'); ?>; charset=<?php bloginfo('charset'); ?>" />
    <title><?php if (is_front_page() ) {
        } elseif ( is_category() ) {
            single_cat_title(); echo ' - ' ; bloginfo('name');
        } elseif (is_single() ) {
        } elseif (is_page() ) {
            single_post_title(); echo ' - '; bloginfo('name');
        } else {
        } ?>
    <?php if(get_option('favicon')) { ?>
    <link rel="shortcut icon" href="<?php echo get_option('favicon'); ?>" type="image/x-icon" />
    <?php }else{?><link rel="shortcut icon" href="<?php echo system32_url; ?>/favicon.ico" type="image/x-icon" /> <?php } ?>
    <?php if ( is_singular() ) wp_enqueue_script( 'comment-reply' ); ?>
    <?php wp_head(); ?>
    <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" media="all" href="<?php bloginfo('template_url'); ?>/css/reset.css" />
    <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="<?php bloginfo('template_url'); ?>/style.css" />
    <!-- Jquery and Easing-->
    <script type="text/javascript" src="<?php bloginfo('template_url'); ?>/js/jquery-1.4.min.js"></script>
    <script type="text/javascript" src="<?php bloginfo('template_url'); ?>/js/jquery.easing.min.js"></script>
    <script type="text/javascript" src="<?php bloginfo('template_url'); ?>/js/jquery.capSlide.js"></script>

Here's what output:

Can't figure what's happening to my pathways, or why some exterior files are becoming treated as a result...
