I've got a wordpress site I'm using ie conditional comments to load within an ie specific stylesheet directly into. For whatever reason the alterations made aren't being reflected in IE's rendering:

I've attempted:

  • clearing browser history
  • removing and re-uploading the file
  • making certain the conditional comment is correct
  • closing all browsers and restarting
  • checking the file path
  • Adding php style now() to pressure refresh

And I have arrived at a place where I am baffled.

What else can one try?

edit:

the code:

You can close this thread, didn't remember that relative css pathways in wordpress styles visit the site root, not the theme root. And won the stupid hat.
