I have been trying to talk about my tuple calculus again and again again for hrs and days. What's worse is my professor and tutors aren't much help throughout their hrs.

Does anybody know a great place to discover tuple calculus? I am getting a difficult time learning how to "speak" the word what when it comes to what I wish to get from the database.

Thanks, Mike

Two good books I recommend:

Theory of Relational Databases by David Maier

Basic principles of Database Systems by Elmasri and Navanthe

I believe you would like good SQL referneces? tuple calculus may be the precursor to SQL &lifier hasn't really been used since SWL grew to become the defacto standard??

Try google... you will find Plenty of SQL assets available
