lengthy story short: I've an installer for Mac OS X in package format (.mpkg) and I have to host it in IIS to ensure that people can download it, I can not use Apache, and IIS consider .mpkg or .bundle to become sites.

Besides utilizing a dmg or perhaps a zip, how do i let IIS allow Mac customers to download the .mpkg file directly?

Thanks

A disk image (dmg) or zip file are the only options -- Mac OS X bundles are sites. The only real difference is the fact that, due to their extension, song from the OS like the the Finder treat them as single files. This is correct of other forms of bundles too: RTFD files (wealthy text with pictures) and programs.
