my client provided use of the hosting that is shared (he chose and compensated) for any website I am doing. PHP is running as CGI. I can not change PHP configurations through ini_set whatsoever! Is possible? Is a typical practice of hosting that is shared? Things I essentially have to do would be to JUST activate errors! Just how can they expect someone to utilize blank pages as "errors"!
Unless of course they have seriously locked lower configurations:
ini_set('display_errors', 1) error_confirming(E_ALL)
ought to be all that's necessary.
