I've an Android SQLite Database and that i placed some rows. Once I erased these rows the ID column continues in the last ID and I must restart the counting from 1.

Within your .db file there's an table known as sqlite_sequence
Each row has two posts 'name' the title on the table 'seq' a integer showing the present last value only at that table
