I've compsite index on three fields that's NErrorCode, TmeRun and DteRun inside a table with title as AURORATASKS_STATUS getting index position 1, 2, 3 repectively. Now i wish to alter the position of DteRun to at least one. The way i will write a SQL statement with this?

Drop the present index, and make up a brand new one.

Standard SQL for shedding a catalog is

DROP INDEX indexname;

And adding a replacement

CREATE INDEX indexname ON tablename (DteRun, NErrorCode, TmeRun);

or

CREATE INDEX indexname ON tablename (DteRun, TmeRun, NErrorCode);

Most contemporary dbms possess a relatively many choices for creating indexes. It's most likely worth reading through about the subject before you decide to do this.
