I'm uploading mp3 files to this site via a script, however when i attempt either to download them or play all of them with an HTML5 player, they do not run.

The download file link appears like this :

http://test.entreplus.com/content/plugins/post_audio/uploadify-local/uploads/Mac.(Miller)!%20-%20Jerry's%20Record%20Store.mp3

So when i am attempting to download it, it redirects me towards the primary page.

It only happens around the live site, although in localhost it really works fine.

Could someone be awesome enough to take a look inside my .htaccess file if the issue is inside?

The solution, as Ulrich Palha authored, would be to

exclude .mp3 files from being processed i.e. add mp3 for this as
RewriteRule .(mp3cssphppngdigitalpresenicojscorporationtxtgzxmlhtml)$ - [NC,L]
