Bing is focusing on a brand new application level protocol for that web SPDY and there's an apache module mod-SPDY for this. My real question is that's it easy to integrate mod-spdy with apache's mono module (for opening .internet pages) to ensure that pages designed in .internet can load over SPDY. If that's the case, how do you start doing the work?

mod_spdy is dead code. It had been written when SPDY was at version 1 and will not use recent versions of Chrome: http://japhr.blogspot.com/2011/04/dont-bother-with-modspdy.html.

So regrettably, if you wish to use mono with SPDY, you will have to pursue options (e.g. writing your personal library for mono).

mod_spdy have been placed on hold for some time but has become underactive development. Please provide another try: http://code.google.com/p/mod-spdy/wiki/GettingStarted
