I've been hosting a few websites on my small devoted machine. The OS is CentOS 5.6. So far, I've been turning iptables off because it jsut blocked all website traffic. However, I observe that this isn't good which I ought to let the firewall. Unforunately, I've no clue how to achieve that, and so i am asking here what good rules for my server ought to be. I've obviously lots of traffic going out and in.

A couple of a few things i operate on the server - DirectAdmin - Apache - php - mysql - ftp - dns - other directadmin tools (like mail, etc).

It's virtually a preinstalled version of DirectAdmin 1.39.1.

Please assist me.
