            </div>

            <?php endwhile; endif; ?>

            <div class="filter">
                <p>Filter :</p>
                <?php
                //list terms in a given taxonomy using wp_list_categories (also useful as a widget if using a PHP Code plugin)

                $taxonomy     = 'portfolio_tag';
                $orderby      = 'name';

It essentially spits out my posts for any custom publish type known as portfolio. I've produced a custom taxonomy with this type which enables me to tag posts with filters. A person can click a hyperlink on top right and find out only posts within that filter.

What I must do is allow it to be to ensure that using jQuery it loads in individuals posts rather than using the user off and away to the page (and when it normally won't have javascript onto it would certainly load the page normally).

It is really an illustration of things i want working: http://adamfoster.me.uk (This Isn't This Site) should you click on the links (that are custom taxonomies) around the right it changes the posts above.

Can anybody help?
