For whatever reason fatal errors don't come in my server's error_log and that i cannot appear make it possible for this degree of logging. Standard errors, php alerts and php notices however they are all drenched.

Logfile: /var/www/vhost/sitename/statistics/logs/error_log

I've checked through my php.ini, httpd.conf and .htaccess and error confirming is placed to E_ALL, however i should have skipped something make it possible for fatal error logging.

The php config is:

display_errors  On  (Off)
display_startup_errors  On  (Off)
error_append_string no value    (no value)
error_log   no value    (no value)
error_prepend_string    no value    (no value)
error_reporting 2047
html_errors On  (Off)
ignore_repeated_errors  Off
log_errors  On  (On)
log_errors_max_len  1024
track_errors    Off
xmlrpc_error_number 0   (0)
xmlrpc_errors   Off

Does anybody know what is wrong using the setup please? There has to be grounds with this trouble with php fatal errors?

Use

error_reporting(E_ALL);

inside your script, or, if you wish to suppress notices, use

error_reporting(E_ALL ^ E_NOTICE);

Try the following command

php -i | grep error

It'll show information on your php configuration and you will check if it's correct.
