hey men, just a little strange question that does not really have to be connected with wordpress.

i wish to test a wordpress website on my small apple iphone. since i am within the same network, i'm able to simply call my local apache server from the apple iphone. however since my setup is a little complicated the web site around the apple iphone has drastically wrong links to any or all its stylesheets and js-files.

anyway, since i am not just a php person i question whether it's simply easy to operate a php script in the finish of my header.php to simply replace any http://mylocaltestdomain.com by http://192.168.172.29/mylocaltestdomain.com

however all of the links to stylesheets are produced dynamically. e.g.

<script src="<?php bloginfo('template_directory'); ?>/js/scripts.js" type="text/javascript" charset="UTF-8"></script>

so again, so you receive it: i question if you can replace all dynamic wordpress links (bloginfo('template_directory'...) with a few other structure.

is the fact that possible? how?

thanks

When the site is not live, you can temporarily alter the WordPress address (URL) value (in Configurations -> General) towards the server's Ip.
