I encounter an issue I am unfamiliar with, and I'd like your assistance to identify the issue.

The issue: Sometimes when loading any page on my small website, it'll only load a whitened blank screen. Basically look into the page source, all of the data necessary are loaded, however the response header is incomplete (it only shows

HTTP/0.9 200 OK

, where values like

HTTP/1.1 200 OK
Date: Thu, 07 Jul 2011 09:24:01 GMT
Server: SAS
Set-Cookie: _SID_xxxxxxxxx_=36c1eb8cecffe37f9afc6edbed35c239; domain=.xxxxxxxxx.com; path=/; expires=Fri, 04-Nov-2011 09:24:01 GMT
Vary: Accept-Encoding
Content-Encoding: gzip
Content-Length: 14153
Connection: close
Content-Type: text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1

were expected.)

Each time this occurs, no error logs were created, so I am not completely obvious on which could cause this issue.

My setup:

  • My server is running CentOS release 5.5
  • Apache2 2.2.19 (Unix)
  • mod_perl2

Any insight/assistance is much appreciated. Thanks.
