<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
    RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^(www.)?url.com$
    RewriteRule ^(/)?$ www-static [L]
</IfModule>

ok the apache config above is effective. it will

url.com to url.com/www-static = www.myurl.com/www-static

1. are we able to make a move as with apache ?

url.com = www.myurl.com/www-static without adding the /www-static on the url ?

2. what about in php ? or its better on apache? ( allows say we've 1000 of domain redirecting to some spesific folder that people fetch in the database )

Thank you for searching in

Make use of a bootstrap and also the MVC pattern. By doing this you are able to identify the mentioning URL and fetch this content that you would like to exhibit... it's how all individuals internet search engine cloaker scripts work (so it seems like you are attempting to complete).
