I must redirect all:

<a href="filename"></a>

to

<a href="get.php?filename"></a>

I've began to

RewriteRule !\.(html|php)$ /get.php?file=$1 [PT]

But it doesn't work.

I have examined this regexp in PHP it will operate in mod_rewrite however i haven't examined it and appears to operate in mod_rewrite too:

RewriteRule ^(.+)(?<!\.php)(?<!\.html)$ /get.php?file=$1

The rule will rewrite all Web addresses except individuals that finish with .php or .html.

Probably the most fundamental method to handle that's:

RewriteRule ^(.*)$ get.php?file=$1 [QSA,L]

That will redirect everything, setting file to the need for the road.
