Im while using secondary menu option in wordpress such as this...

<?php wp_nav_menu( array( 'theme_location' => 'secondary' ) ); ?>

My real question is: how do you alter the styles within this secondary menu? Because all I recieve is really a UL menĂº... How can i edit the styles in the secondary menĂº?

Thanks ahead of time

use ul li ul { .. } inside your CSS and ul li ul li { .. } as needed

Perhaps you have attempted to include your personal css classes for your menu? Check this out page for reference: http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_nav_menu

As possible help you can also add multiple arguments, like containers &lifier menu classes or id's. To create a component out of your menu, you need to give a class to that particular element. It can be done by visiting Appearance -> Menu. First make certain the Screen Options menu(begin to see the top right corner of the page), has CSS classes triggered. You'll be able to choose a webpage and add it's own class.

You should use css to create your classes.
