Is feature included in wordpress? i did not see anything inside the codex.

codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wordpress_tag_cloud

I've got a couple of pages which are category specific and i must show all of the tags connected with individuals posts.

Used to do find this, but i am not confident that its proper or maybe an easy method is available (source)(old method!!!!):

<?php
    query_posts('category_name=html');
    if (have_posts()) : while (have_posts()) : the_post();
        $posttags = get_the_tags();
        if ($posttags) {
            foreach($posttags as $tag) {
                $all_tags_arr[] = $tag -> name;
            }
        }
    endwhile; endif;

    $tags_arr = array_unique($all_tags_arr);
?>
    <ul>
<?php
    foreach($tags_arr as $tag){
        echo '<li>'.$tag.'</li>';
    }
?>
</ul>
<?php wp_reset_query(); ?>

UPDATE( simplified ):::

to create a listing of tags from the specific category this code is way better(just alter the category title):

::Lately up-to-date again due to a loop error::

    <ul>
                <?php
                    query_posts('category_name=html');
                    if (have_posts()) : while (have_posts()) : the_post();

                        if( get_the_tag_list() ){
                            echo $posttags = get_the_tag_list('<li>','</li><li>','</li>');
                        }

                    endwhile; endif;

                    wp_reset_query();
                ?>
</ul>

Even tough i could have a solution, please update this if a replacement appears.

I believe the technique you've found it's the only method you are able to achieve what you are searching for. You may can modify some lines, however the concept is appropriate.

right now i do not think there's a method to filter tags while you would utilizing a core wordpress function.
