I've got a local database employed for development and testing purpose and something remote database within the live atmosphere. Both of them are in Oracle. The neighborhood database consists of exactly the same table structure and all sorts of with old data. I have to update the neighborhood database using the data in the remote database. (I attempted exp/imp. But it's showing a mistake like
Object already exists). Can anybody help me to determine what might be the issue or what's the most practical way to get this done?
You will need to drop the local tables first. exp/imp doesn't remove existing tables or data before posting, basically recall.
