I wish to take action to create web page for closed group (private) by which can be done for accounts with writting capability to publish twitter like messeges when new info must be published which it may have numerous teams like Project Team A &lifier B.

Each user might be in lots of teams. All team documents could be viewable in a single page but on other page only individuals documents which comes from only each customers teams which may be two or three.

Example for twitter may be the wordpress.com theme http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2009/03/11/p2-the-new-prologue/.

However it lacks necessity of having the ability to make Teams. It's tags but each time tag must be written therefore if it might be easy to auto make if I am from Team A then tag my team tags on each my publish instantly.

Either existing service for your just register (wordpress, identi.ca) or service like kodingen.com where i'm able to deploy Joomla or any other Content management systems.

A Content management systems like joomla I really hope some has some solution with plug ins or wordpress content management systems which has that theme I pointed out. Diaspora, maybe but haven't attempted it. Buddypress.com just in some way came on the internet when at random looked.

Twitter could be private only for whole account and so i need new account that's OK, however it does not have auto tags if I am from Team A.

Facebook can't have privacy. All customers is going to be anonymous so new profile making in Facebook might be good and making groups and all sorts of customers invite only one another, but they should be anonymous, that is complete opposite of facebook. Possibly even workflow is going to be interupted if some user will get banned becuase it is a Narwhal or Dragon.

Optionally, pages may also be made as well as better if collaborative, like Google Wave or Paperwork can be created and added countdown timer added. Countdown is much more needed evaluating to page writing like Paperwork or Wave that may be just any small Wiki wordpress plugin.

You need to allow customers to edit, but control who are able to view and edit what content based on what user-group ( a.k.a. 'team') they fit in with, right?
