I am writing a young child theme according to the specifications within the codex for child themes. It appears to operate, however when I debug it using Firebug or Chrome's developer plugin, I see two stylesheets listed. Based on the codex:
style.css is the best needed file inside a child theme. It offers the data header through which WordPress recognizes the kid theme, also it replaces the design and style.cascading stylesheet from the parent.
So I am very confused why I am seeing style.css #1 and elegance.cascading stylesheet #2. In addition, the road amounts listed don't correlate towards the file that I am editing. So something fishy is happening. I am focusing on leecamp.internet and also the theme is black-board-child (modifying black-board). Can anybody reveal this?
Based on Firebug, two stylesheets are now being loaded in the same directory (/styles/black-board-child/). How could this be?
1- Check for those who have a cache wordpress plugin of some kind. More often than not, they compress your file making the road amounts the thing is within the Webdevelopper tools cheaper compared to real factor.
2- Look at your header.php. A duplicate from the css is related in Wordpress_mind(), should you linked it again, that might be how you get 2 css sheets loaded.
