I presently use virtual hosts on my small computer to ensure that I'm able to manage multiple sites on my small computer.

Presently, I personally use c:/vhosts/php (default localhost) for normal PHP development, c:/vhosts/BTS for Wordpress, and c:/vhosts/cake for CakePHP development. (see below).

Now after i launch my WAMPP and visit http://BTS, it loads the index page but little else loads fine. When attempting to click the links, it links to http://localhost/xxxxx rather than http://BTS/xxxxx. What shall we be held missing here? I'm not going the server to gain access to localhost since I am using localhost for other projects. Help.

<VirtualHost *:80>
DocumentRoot c:/vhosts/php
ServerName localhost

<VirtualHost *:80>
DocumentRoot c:/vhosts/BTS
ServerName BTS

<VirtualHost *:80>
DocumentRoot c:/vhosts/cake
ServerName cake

Get into your MySQL database (through phpmyadmin or whatever) and search for the next fields

Within the wordpress_options table, change

To http://BTS rather than localhost.

This can update all of your links in wordpress.

You have to tell Wordpress what domain it's looking at.
