Can you really possess the Parent menu to become rerouted towards the child menu?

For example I would like this parent item page to redirect to it's children page.

My code for exhibiting pages because the Primary Menu:

<?php wp_list_pages('exclude=3&sort_column=menu_order&title_li=&depth=1'); ?>

here's my code for listing the kids menu:

<div id="leftCol">
<?php if($post->post_parent)
$children = wp_list_pages("title_li=&child_of=".$post->post_parent."&echo=0"); else
$children = wp_list_pages("title_li=&child_of=".$post->ID."&echo=0");
if ($children) { ?>
<ul>
<?php echo $children; ?>
</ul>
<?php } else { ?>
<?php } ?>
</div>

it appears like it's already doing that, based from clicking using your links. However, the simplest method to perform a redirect like what you're requesting is as simple as simply using Redirection to develop a 301 redirect. You will not need to wreck havoc on your code and you will transform it on / off anytime.
